I'm being honest with myself about my weight and my diet - possibly for the first time ever - right here in this blog.
So, this is just a note to say--
I have been eating biscuits, slices of cake, lattes, and pieces of pie.
They were good while they lasted.
I don't want them on my thighs.
Brings it all home when you keep writing "+" in the progress box and your "total weight lost" figure erodes like summer time.
However, I'm NOT STRESSING, PEOPLE!!! :D I'm feeling positive as ever. I did make a choice. I think I've just been in an unrealistic "Life is good. There are no consequences" mode.
But the purpose of this post is to a) acknowledge b) accept and c) move on.
I was going to take today off, but I certainly have the energy to hit the gym again, so I might just do that. The only thing that could get in my way at this point is the crap weather. Nothing says nap like a fat, grey Preston sky.
